Subscription Policy

Some products available on K2 Organics may be offered as subscription purchases. This Subscription Policy explains how subscription orders work and how you can manage or cancel them.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from K2 Organics, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency you selected during checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order unless you choose to cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

If you wish to modify, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

You can manage your subscription through the link included in your order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before your next renewal date.

If your recurring order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that billing cycle. However, future recurring orders can still be canceled at any time.

Changes to Your Subscription

Failed Payments

If your recurring payment cannot be processed, we'll notify you and may attempt to process the payment again.

If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be temporarily paused or canceled until your payment information is updated.
